Our Development Philosophy
CONARE believes that lasting development can only be achieved when communities actively participate in identifying their needs, planning solutions, implementing programmes, and sustaining the outcomes. Every intervention is designed to strengthen local capacities, promote self-reliance, and ensure long-term community ownership.

Geographic Coverage
Our organization is working in tribal and rural villages of Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mulugu and Ranga Reddy District of Telangana State, and Kurnool district in AP India.
The organization is reaching out to 5000 families which includes women headed households belonging to most deprived Chenchu’s (PVTG), tribes, Eurukal, Weaker sections, Backward castes and minorities.
The organization approach was towards the holistic development of the communities through collective actions. It maintains constitutional ratio of caste, religion and gender at the organizational level in all staffing to ensure equality. Local community members are given opportunity to work with the organization in projects to attain the goals. The organization operates with its administration office situated at Achampet. A core committee of senior team members and experts support the operations in the field by providing their guidance and support to deliver quality results.
What Makes CONARE effective
The organization is governed by a Governing and Advisory boards consisting of seven and nine members respectively. The board is actively supported by their timely suggestions, innovative ideas and also periodically monitor and evaluate the programme. The organization believes in empowering the communities to own the programs being implemented by the organization and sustain them for the larger benefit, A Community Owned and Community Operated (COCO) is operationalized

How We Work
The organization develops and implements long term and short-term projects based on the organizational objectives followed by strategies which are being supported by national, international funding agencies and government departments. These projects are implemented in collaboration with government departments and civil society organizations with a due engagement of community-based stakeholders. A Community Owned and Community Operated (COCO) strategy is adopted for sustainability.

Where We Work
CONARE reaches the unreached communities who are living in the remotest locations without any access to minimum basic amenities. We work in most backward tribal and rural villages with the poorest of the poor communities who are deprived of services and lacks awareness.
